Welcome to the Door Christian Fellowship Church Ferry Junction Sound and Media Teams! We are responsible for creating, curating sound, and distributing content across various media platforms ( social media, live streams, websites etc.). We make church services run smoothly or feel like they have been riding on a bumpy road. Some may assume that because the Sound and Media Teams are not visible on stage that they have a minor role in the overall service, but that thought is tragic to the success of our teams. We exists to work towards the ultimate mission of The Point - “to expand His kingdom across the streets and around the world.” 

Our objective is to draw people’s attention to Jesus. We do our best to remove all distractions. 

How to Get Involved

No prior experience? No problem! Our team is designed to welcome newcomers and help you develop the skills needed to thrive. We understand that diving into sound, media, or technical roles can be intimidating, but we promise you’ll be supported every step of the way. Whether you’re interested in operating sound equipment, running live streams, creating social media content, or editing videos, there’s a spot for you to make an impact. Your responsibility would be to be early to practice and to services as no one can fulfil their role until the sound technician  arrives.

Learn the equipment, take notes, watch videos on your own, and just bring the miles to the mile by gaining knowledge you need to be a great part of our team. Once you understand what we do and can make changes and edits, you are on your way to being the best Sound or Media Team team member.
